At Jewels of Aurora, we want you to love your jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return or exchange policy on most items.

Returns

Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

Condition: Items must be unused and in their original condition. Please include all original packaging.

Final Sale Items: Certain items, such as custom orders or clearance pieces, are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Exchanges

Direct Exchanges: Available for standard U.S. orders.

International Exchanges: International orders are eligible for store credit in lieu of direct exchanges.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
