HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELRY?

🧼 Sterling Silver

Sterling silver is prized for its brilliance but can tarnish over time due to exposure to air and moisture.

Care Tips:

Regular Cleaning: Use a soft, lint-free cloth to gently buff your silver jewelry after each wear.

Deep Cleaning: For tarnish, immerse your pieces in warm, soapy water, scrubbing gently with a soft toothbrush. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a clean cloth.

Storage: Store in anti-tarnish pouches or cloths to minimize exposure to air.

Avoid Chemicals: Keep away from household cleaning products, bleach, and other strong chemicals.

✨ Gold-Filled Jewelry

Gold-filled jewelry offers the luxurious appearance of solid gold at a more accessible price point.

Care Tips:

Gentle Cleaning: Mix lukewarm water with a few drops of mild dish soap. Soak your jewelry for a few minutes, then gently rub with a soft cloth or brush.

Avoid Abrasives: Stay away from toothpaste, baking soda, or harsh chemical cleaners that can strip away the gold layer.

Drying: Rinse with clean water and pat dry using a soft microfiber cloth.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE METALS USED IN YOUR JEWELRY?

All of my jewelry is crafted from high-quality, skin-friendly materials:

✨ Sterling Silver (925 Silver)
Real sterling silver made with 92.5% pure silver. It’s durable, bright, and great for everyday wear.

✨ Gold Filled
A thick layer of real gold permanently bonded over a base metal. It’s much higher quality than gold plated and designed to last for years without tarnishing or rubbing off.

✨ Solid Gold
Fine jewelry made from real 14k or 18k solid gold (depending on the piece). This is the best option for sensitive skin and long-term durability.

If you ever have questions about a specific piece, feel free to ask—I’m always happy to help!

I HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN, HOW DO I CHOOSE MY JEWELRY?

If you have sensitive skin, choosing the right metal makes a big difference. Here’s a quick guide to help you pick what’s best for you:

✨ Solid Gold (Best for Sensitive Skin)
Solid gold is the safest and most hypoallergenic option. It’s the least likely to cause irritation, especially in 14k or 18k gold. If you have very reactive skin, this is the most reliable choice.

✨ Gold Filled (Great for Most People With Sensitivity)
Gold filled jewelry has a thick layer of real gold that’s bonded to a base metal. It’s much higher quality than gold plated and usually safe for sensitive ears and skin because the gold layer is thick enough that the base metal rarely touches your skin.

✨ Sterling Silver (Good, But Not for Everyone)
Sterling silver is a wonderful option for many people, but if you have very sensitive skin or react to small amounts of copper or alloys, you may experience irritation. Most customers wear it comfortably, but it depends on your personal sensitivity.

If you’re unsure:
Start with gold filled or solid gold for the safest experience. And feel free to reach out—I'm always happy to help you pick the best option for your skin!

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKED?

I take great care in packaging every order so your jewelry arrives safely and beautifully presented.

✨ Standard Packaging (Most Orders)
Your jewelry will come in a 4x4x2 gift box with soft white filling for protection, along with a suede pouch to keep your piece safe and scratch-free.

✨ Solid Gold Purchases
Solid gold pieces receive upgraded packaging automatically. Your item will be placed in a suede pouch, which is then nested inside a matching premium jewelry box for an elevated unboxing experience.

✨ Optional Packaging Upgrades
For all other jewelry (sterling silver and gold filled), premium packaging upgrades are available if you’d like to elevate your gift presentation.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR STOLEN?

If a package is lost in transit, we will contact USPS to open a claim and investigate. This process usually takes about a week for them to locate the package or resolve the issue. I’ll keep you updated every step of the way, and we’ll work together to make sure your order gets to you safely.

However, once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are generally not responsible for items lost or stolen. In the meantime, we recommend:

Checking around your delivery location — sometimes carriers leave it in a safe spot.

Asking neighbors or your building management if it was received on your behalf.

Contacting the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) with your tracking number — they can sometimes locate lost packages.
